Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. However, account credit may be issued if the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days. Please note, customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

Faulty or Damaged Goods or Items Significantly Different from Description:
Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty, damaged, or misrepresented items. Shipping costs in these cases will be covered by us. Customers must report the issue within 14 days. Upon assessing the product, if deemed faulty, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.

Exclusions
We cannot process returns or claims under the following circumstances:

  • The defect resulted from misuse.
  • The product has been thrown away, destroyed, lost, or damaged by the customer.
  • The customer is unable to provide reasonable proof of purchase.
  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims
All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team to initiate a warranty claim. We will guide you through the warranty process and arrange for a repair or replacement, as appropriate.
