My Pullman PV500 started losing suction a while back, and at first I thought it was just a clogged filter or hose. Turned out the motor was tired. I replaced it with this motor that fits both the PV500 and the Janitor JV500, and the difference was obvious straight away.The airflow felt strong again, like the vacuum was new instead of struggling along. Dust, crumbs, fine dirt everything picked up faster, and I didn’t have to keep going over the same spot. It runs smoothly too, no strange noises or overheating so far, which was something I was keeping an eye on.The motor feels solid and well made, not flimsy or cheap. It’s handled regular use without any issues, and the vacuum just feels reliable again.
